I didn't always know how to take care of myself.

For years I ate whatever was in front of me, never really asking if it was good for me — until my body forced the question. Sudden weight loss, constant discomfort, and a love/hate relationship with food I couldn't shake.

The six months that followed changed everything. I rebuilt my health from the ground up and discovered something that surprised me: when I slowed down and ate with awareness instead of rules, everything shifted. My energy came back. The brain fog lifted. I felt alive again.

That became my calling. I've spent the last 15 years as a healthcare professional and Certified Health Coach, helping women do what I did — not with another restrictive plan, but by learning to listen to their bodies, with faith and support every step of the way.
